Well, autumn is almost upon us! What's Happening at Subtle Energies that can help you?

On Labor Day morning, please stop by and see us at the Lion's Club 5K race that is based at the Warwick Middle School! We will be doing free pre- and post- race massages for the runners and walkers! Even if you are not a runner or walker, please do stop by to support those who are participating!

Even though autumn is on the way, there are still plenty of Ticks out there, so please be sure to stop by and get some of our homeopathic remedy to help keep the ticks off of you and your pets! It is called "Tick and Flea Deterrent". (Has anyone noticed how we never thing up fancy names? Perhaps we should have a contest to the end sometime!)

When school starts - so does the passing around of colds, etc. A great way to protect yourself (especially if you are a teacher) or your children is to mist them with the Hyssop Hydrosol. We grow these plants organically in my own back yard and I distill them and can assure their purity.

If you know of anyone who has aches and pains after getting their yard or home ready for the winter, please send them to us. Many times massage can save countless trips and expense with doctors, physical therapists, and co-pays! Try massage first for most of your aches and pains!

Also, if you've been reading about all the side-effects of pharmaceuticals - if you can, please go natural first!

Changes at Subtle Energies

During Mondays and Thursdays, there may be no desk staff between 12:30 and 3:30, or after 5:30. We are continuin this through the fall. You can leave messages and when the 3:30 person comes in, she will call you back immediately. All other days, the desk staff will be available from 10 am until 6:00 pm (M-F) and 9am until 3pm on Saturday.

Classroom Rental available for Classes, Businesses, Teachers, Professionals

Do you  need space away from your normal environment? Do you want to start a healthcare practice or consulting practice but do not want to use your home or go to a client's home? Do you want to hold a meeting away from home/work? Do you have a class you wish to teach and are looking for a comfortable but reasonably priced space?

The Subtle Energies classroom is available for classes, meetings, and gatherings. This can be a one-time event or ongoing. Call the office for more information on pricing and availability! The classroom is 16x24 and has its own toilet and sink (1/2 bath). There are massage tables, card tables, a CD player, and whiteboard available for your use.

Reiki Gathering

Call office for details 469-7162. Frank will be sending notice to regular attendees.  We ask for a $5 donation, or whatever you can contribute, for Reiki Gathering attendees.

Flute Circle

Drum Circle

The September Drum Circle will be held on Saturday, Sept. 11, beginning about 7pm.  In good weather, these may be held out under the stars! Normally, the Drum Circle is held the first Saturday of the month. The exception is when there is a holiday on that first weekend.

To get on our e-mail list for the Drum Circle, please send us an e-mail at subtleenergies@usa.net from the address you want added. 

If you are new to the Drum Circle, here some information you may wish to know:

1. You do not have to have experience in drumming.

2. There are a couple of extra drums that beginners (who may not have their own drum yet) can share throughout the evening. There are also extra percussion instruments.

3. You can bring other types of instruments - flutes, percussion, etc., that would fit in with drumming.

4. Renee usually supplies juices, teas, etc. Attendees may wish to bring a finger snack food to share, but it is not mandatory.

5. Use the directions on our website. The directions from Mapquest are not correct.

6. A suggested $5 donation is requested. If you don't have it that week, please come and pay what you can.
