Reiki I, Traditional Usui taught by Connie Wehmeyer, LMT and Reiki Master Sundays, June 3rd and 10th, 2012 Noon- 6pm each day.Extensive 2-day class. Learn to perform Reiki for family, friends, and clients. In Reiki I, you learn to perform Reiki on yourself and others. Reiki can be used on people, pets, plants, and for much more. Learn this self-empowering technique for now and the future! Price of class is $160. Class size limited so please register early. Deposit of $50 requested at time of sign-up or by May 18th. (In other words, please let us know as soon as possible if you will be taking the class, and you can pay the deposit of $50 by May 18.) We normally don't offer a summer class, but did so this year because of several requests. The next Reiki I class will be in September/October timeframe.

Who Are We and What Do We Do? Welcome ! We are Subtle Energies Holistic Health Center and have been serving the Warwick Valley New York area since 1998. We treat all ages from infants to seniors. We also specialize in working with people with developmental difficulties. Here you will also find all types of massages and bodywork: Swedish, Sports, Pregnancy, CranioSacral, Core Zero Balancing, Reflexology, Reiki, Post Traumatic Stress, Massage for Special Needs, and Shiatsu. We also offer aromatherapy appointments to create personalized products for YOU, and a large supply of aromatherapy oils, products, and containers so that you can also make your own products. We also can order homeopathics and you can schedule a homeopathic consultation. We offer regular classes in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Yoga, Qigong, Chanting, and Tai Chi. Also, other teachers rent our space for such classes as American Sign Language, Crystals, Animal Communications, Shape Shifting, and more. Our comfortable and lovely classroom can be rented out for your own classes or special occasions. For the Spring! Many people are already experiencing allergies this spring! At Subtle Energies we have our aromatherapy inhaler, Respiratory oil, Hyssop hydrosol, and CranioSacral sessions - all of which have helped people 'unclog' and feel better. If you're around a lot of people in an enclosed environment (school, office, airplane, etc), be sure to spray yourself a couple of times a day with either Subtle Energies Anti-MRSA spray for germs you may touch or one of our Hydrosols (Hyssop and Lemon Balm come to mind) to help fight airborne germs. We also carry the very SAFE homeopathic Oscillococcinum to help fight the flu. Note that you need to have it On Hand in order to use immediately once you get the very first flu symptom. Let us help you be prepared to enjoy the winter - naturally and in great health!

Someone will be with you as soon as they finish the current client. Massage hours are by appointment Monday through Saturday, as early as 7:30am and into the evening.

We can also order other Shaklee products for you or sign you up to order them yourself and get a discount. Neti Pots and Salts Books, CD's, and Beautiful Oriental Tea Cups, Heating Pads, and more! Space available for rental Classes, Businesses, Teachers, Professionals Do you need space away from your normal environment? Do you want to start a health care practice or consulting practice but do not want to use your home or go to a client's home? Do you want to hold a meeting away from home/work? Do you have a class you wish to teach and are looking for a comfortable but reasonably priced space? The Subtle Energies classroom is available for classes, meetings, and gatherings. This can be a one-time event or ongoing. Call the office for more information on pricing and availability! The classroom is 16x24 and has its own toilet and sink (1/2 bath). There are massage tables, card tables, a CD player, and whiteboard available for your use. Take a look at details about our weekly classes by selecting Weekly Classes option on the left of this screen. Getting Together! Flute Circle For information on the Flute Circle contact 914-588-4137 or e-mail theflutecircle@gmail.com. Drum Circle Drum Circles for 2012 will be Saturday evenings at 7:00-10:00pm. They are held the first Saturday of the month UNLESS it is a holiday. Then they are held on the 2nd Saturday. Contact Renee at Subtle Energies 469-7162 if you have any questions. If you are new to the Drum Circle, here is some information you may wish to know: 1. You do not have to have experience in drumming. 2. There are a couple of extra drums that beginners (who may not have their own drum yet) can share throughout the evening. There are also extra percussion instruments. 3. You can bring other types of instruments - flutes, percussion, etc., that would fit in with drumming. 4. Renee usually supplies juices, teas, etc. Attendees may wish to bring a finger snack food to share, but it is not mandatory. 5. Use the directions on our website. The directions from Mapquest are not correct. 6. A suggested $5 donation is requested. If you don't have it that week, please come and pay what you can.
