Connie is the founder and owner of Subtle Energies.
 Connie graduated from the Swedish Institute of Massage in 1997. Prior to that she had completed Laura Norman\'s Reflexology Certification in 1994. Connie has been pursuing advanced classes mainly through the Upledger Institute and has studied Advanced CranioSacral, Somato Emotional Release, The Brain Speaks, and the Immune System Response. She also has some training in Lymph Drainage. The main portion of her work is Swedish, CranioSacral (and associated Upledger work), Reflexology, and Reiki.
She works with children as young as 2 weeks old up to elders in their 90's. Her work with young children usually focuses on birth trauma, head shapes, motor coordination problems, ADD, ADHD, and autism. She also does a lot of work with people suffering from TMJ. She also is very busy working with the Developmentally Disabled.
As an aromatherapist, Connie has studied with many people and has the certification in Clinical Aromatherapy from Jane Buckle and a Michael Scholes Diploma Program certification. She also trained in perfumery with Katherine DeGraff, Debbie and Howard Freund, and Linda Weilhbrecht. Though she produces a wide product line, her specialty is personalized aromatherapy products for physical, mental, and emotional enhancement.
Connie has been a Reiki Master since 1998. She received her Reiki training from Michael Alatriste of the Swedish Institute and Ibiki-Ken Institute.
Throughout the year, Connie teaches classes in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Reiki. She teaches classes through Subtle Energies, BOCES, and has taught at several NYS AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) conventions. She is a member of AMTA. She also is available for special lectures.

 Antoinette has been a NYS licensed massage therapist since 2004. She works with a wide variety of clients using Swedish, Reiki, Reflexology, CranioSacral, Hot Stone, and Core Zero Balancing. She also works with the developmentally disabled, and ADD/ADHD clients. Antoinette is a member of the AMTA. Antoinette has also had a lot of aromatherapy training with Connie and can provide basic blends to help her clients.
Due to new NYS state laws, we must let you know that Antoinette is a contracting massage therapist that does only some of her work out of Subtle Energies.

 John has been a NYS licensed massage therapist since 1997. He practices Swedish, Sports massage, Medical massage, Shiatsu (he has taken several advanced courses with Ohashi), Reflexology, and has had advanced training in Thai massage. John has been a martial arts student for over 30 years. He also teaches Integral Chi Gong and includes Qigong in his work. As with many of our other therapists, John works with all types of people, including the seriously injured and the developmentally disabled. John is one of our main sports massage therapist.

 Dagny is a graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithica, NY. She performs Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Pregnancy, and Sports Massage. She also works with us in the Developmentally Disabled homes.
