Attention Wholesalers:
According to New York state law we cannot process your order as wholesale until we receive both the original of NYS form
ST-120 and a copy of your Tax-ID card. Once we receive these two documents we can go ahead and process your order as wholesale. The advantage of processing your order as wholesale is that we can offer you our discounted wholesale price and not charge you sales tax on your order, but we need both of these documents in order to do this.
In the meantime you can do the following:

Once we receive your wholesale information we will:
- Go ahead and process any pending retail orders as wholesale
- Send you our "Wholesale Order Form" featuring our wholesale prices
- Send you the password to our online wholesale order form (coming soon)
